All Dell blogs and social media properties have a feed to a Twitter account that can be followed. @Direct2Dell is the “ringmaster” account and follows all Dell Twitter properties.
Not every Dell Twitter has an individual identified behind it at this time, including @DellDirekte, @Alienware & @DellShares. By clicking on any of the Dell Twitters being followed by @Direct2Dell , one can see the “individual” Twitter account of the person behind that account. For example, on @Direct2Dell one sees only other Dell Twitter properties AND @LionelatDell, who is responsible for the Direct2Dell blog which feeds that Twitter. Other Dell folk who are on Twitter and are either already publicly representing Dell on Twitter or have let us known they wish to be followed publically are all shown on http://www.Twitter.com/TeamDell.”
